I wanted to add a couple thoughts after our last series the God Debate.  After Dr Lamoureux came down we had a number of questions regarding how we understand the scriptures as inspired even though the scientific understanding they represent seems to be in error.

So in the side bar is a quick video where I talk through the ideas of scientific concordism and the language of accommodation and how we can understand God speaking through the best understanding of times to communicate something that moves us towards relationship rather than scientific understanding.
