		<description>Yeah, Ive been making sure I spend a good amount of time stretching but I&#039;m having trouble getting a good stretch along my IT Band up the outside of my legs. So I&#039;m doing the best I can to work it slowly. Seems to be improving.</description>

		<description>Are you stretching before and after your run? I find that this type of pain will go away quickly if you stretch frequently, giving your knees some relief.... (talking from experience... :-) )</description>
