		<description>The first comment from Joe is exactly what I would recommend. Re-pot  the Palm with new dirt, give it fertilizer/plant food when watering it and you should see a difference in a couple of weeks.... I had the joy of reviving a few sick plants in my day and this definitely works...</description>
